Obituary for Madelyn Perras (Moreau)

Madelyn (Moreau) Perras, 83 died at her home in North Adams on Friday, November 18, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in North Adams on August 20, 1939, the daughter of Alfred Joseph and Florence May (Blair) Moreau. She was raised in North Adams and attended Drury High School. Primarily a homemaker, Madelyn was a very devoted daughter, caring for her mother, as well as a very loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
Madelyn was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, where she was a member of the adoration at the church chapel.
Madelyn is survived by her loving children, sons; Michael Perras (Jane) of North Adams, Marc Perras (Dianna) of Pownal and Glenn Perras of North Adams and her daughter Lisa Marie Perkins (Richard) of North Adams. Madelyn also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, all of whom she greatly adored. She was predeceased by her sons; Milton A. Perras and Daniel Perras; her sister Carol Gamache and brother Leonard Moreau.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Madelyn Perras will be celebrated Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday November 21, 2022 from 4-7 p.m.at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home, CENTRAL CHAPELS, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA.
