Obituary for Frederick Michael Oliver
Frederick Michael Oliver, 74 of Washington, MA died on Thursday May 25, 2023 at Berkshire Medical Center. He was born on September 29, 1948 in Somerville, MA a son of the late Frank and Marie (Pacheco) Oliver.
Frederick graduated from Nipmuck High School and was a salesman for MK Sales Group, a formal wear company. He also operated Groom’s Choice & Bridal Gallery on North Street in Pittsfield for many years. Frederick enjoyed riding his motorcycle, enjoyed music, and was a bass guitar player.
Survivors include his wife Erika (Putich) Oliver whom he married on November 24, 2012 and two daughters, Danielle Yvonne Oliver of Bristow, VA and Mandy Leah Oliver of Pittsfield, MA. He also leaves three grandchildren, Austin Tyler Oliver, Gabrielle Marie Harding, and Evan Matthew Oliver as well as two sisters, Diane Harper of Blackstone, MA, and Elaine Gardner of Mendon, MA; and a brother Donald Oliver of Savannah, GA as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Notice: The funeral for Frederick Oliver will be held Sunday June 11, 2023 at 3:00 PM at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 67 East St. Pittsfield, MA. Burial will be private in Mendon, MA.
