Obituary for Luanne Michelle Errichetto (Mitch)
Luanne Michelle (Mitch) Errichetto, 81 of Pittsfield, MA died Sunday October 10, 2021 at Berkshire Medical Center.
She was born in Mount Kisco, NY on August 5, 1940, a daughter of Michael Mitch and Helen (Brannigan) Mitch Morell. She attended schools in Springfield, MA.
Luanne was primarily a homemaker and devoted to her family. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church where she taught CCD for many years and was awarded the Pope Pius X Medal. Luanne enjoyed knitting, sewing and quilting. She also enjoyed cooking for people and sharing her many recipes with them.
She was the widow of Robert Angelo Errichetto who died on July 9, 2008. They were married on August 8, 1958. Survivors include one daughter- Robin A. Monterosso of Pittsfield, MA and three grandchildren- Genna (Michael) Rosani of Bound Brook, NJ; Steven Monterosso of Pittsfield and Bryan Monterosso of Lanesboro.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Luanne Errichetto will be celebrated on Thursday October 14, 2021 at 9:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church by Monsignor Michael Shershanovich. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's cemetery. A calling hour will be Thursday morning from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-BENCIVENGA FUNERAL HOME, 5 Elm St. Pittsfield, MA.
