Obituary for Colter Ladd Suters
Colter Ladd Suters, 27, of North Adams died on Monday August 12, 2019 at his home. He was born on January 18, 1992 in Great Barrington, MA. a son of Whitney & Monique (Moore) Suters.
Colter attended Drury High School and graduated with the class of 2010. He was an accomplished athlete, playing on the soccer and tennis teams. He also was a member of the Drury Band and played the trumpet. He had a deep passion for music from a young age, and created music with his friends. Colter graduated from MCLA in 2015 with a degree in sociology. At MCLA he was a member of the PINES fraternity.
After graduating college he was employed with the Key Programs in Pittsfield as a social worker, and also helped to start a window washing business with friend, Jacob Meyers.
Besides his parents, Colter leaves his brother Makenzie Suters and sisters, Marlee Suters, and Ella Suters. He also leaves his grandparents, Priscilla and David Moore, and Paula and Roger Suters; and great-grandmother, Glenita Moore and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Colter Suters will be on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 5:00 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli –WEST CHAPEL 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA 01247. A calling hour will be held from 4-5 PM at the funeral home.
